Meditation for Inner Peace - A Free Public Talk

with Buddhist nun Kelsang Kyobpa
Friday 5th March, 7.30pm - 9.00pm
Greerton Community Hall, 1247 Cameron Road, Tauranga

Meditation is a way of calming the mind and developing a more positive
approach to life. Learn about meditation and how it can improve your daily life.
The talk consists of a guided meditation, a talk by the teacher and question
and answer time. Refreshments are available. We recommend arriving 15
minutes early so that you can be settled before the talk begins.

Zero Stress - A half day meditation workshop

with Buddhist nun Kelsang Kyobpa
Saturday 6th March, 9.15pm - 12.30pm
Althorp Hosptial, 9 Grantston Drive, Pyes Pa, Tauranga

Stress is the cause of many of our problems. It undermines our health, happiness
and peace of mind. In this course we will explore how meditation, combined
with a change in our perspective on life, can enable us to reduce and finally
eliminate stress altogether. Everyone Welcome.

Kelsang Kyobpa

Kelsang Kyobpa is a New Zealand born Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Compassion Buddhist Centre in Auckland. She understands clearly how Buddhist practice solves our problems and brings about
peace and happiness. With sincerity and insight Kyobpa inspires us to bring the teachings of Buddha into our daily lives.
