Meditation & Buddhism Classes in Auckland
Weekly Drop-in Classes
In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained, offering simple, practical advice that we can use to develop peaceful and positive minds. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Beginners welcome. Suggested donation per class: $12.
