We organise Buddhist meditation classes, study programmes, retreats and meditation courses in Auckland. Our drop-in classes combine guided meditation with practical advice on how to reduce stress and solve problems in daily life. The meditation classes are suitable for both beginners as well as experienced meditation practitioners. You do not need to book in advance, you can drop-in anytime.
