On this course Kelsang Kyobpa will explain the Buddhist meditations and simple methods to achieve the deep satisfaction and lasting contentment we seek. Everyone is welcome.

'Introduction to Meditation' in the City :
three 1 hour sessions over three Thursday lunchtimes (includes CD of guided meditations*)
with Buddhist nun Kelsang Kyobpa
Thursdays 3rd, 10th, 17h June, 1pm - 2pm
Pioneer Women’s Hall, (Conference Rm, downstairs), Cnr High Street & Freyberg Place, City
Through meditation we are able to reduce feelings of stress and unhappiness while increasing our natural sense of wellbeing. This is a valuable skill in our busy world. 'Introduction to meditation' is the perfect way to start a regular meditation practice. In this course we will learn three simple meditations that relax the body and mind, leading to a deep experience of inner peace. Learn to Meditate.
Course Information: The course consists of three 1 hour sessions with an experienced buddhist meditation teacher and includes a meditation CD for participants to use in their own time. (CD only if booking for the 3 week series). It is suitable for beginners as well as those wishing to improve their meditation skills.Everyone is welcome.

Book for the course of 3 classes. Costs $65. Includes a meditation CD for participants to use in their own time. Booking is essential.
