Chanted Meditations (pujas)

Compassion Buddhist Centre, 27 Fairleigh Ave, Mt Albert

We hold regular chanted meditations at the centre. These are beautiful chanted prayers sung in English which help us to receive inspiration and increase peace throughout the world. By drawing close to the enlightened beings we develop a calm, balanced mind and awaken our own potential for enlightenment. There is no charge for these sessions.

* In these sessions there is a 15 minute period of silence for engaging in meditation. You may like to meditate on one of the stages of the path to enlightenment (Lamrim) which are explained in the New Meditation Handbook.
